Orders
within the United States will be shipped via Fedex
Ground or similar carrier.
Continental US ONLY.
Please call for shipping cost for Hawaii, Puerto Rico
and Alaska.
Please note that all orders
require at least 5-7 business days for processing
and packaging if in stock. Some items may need to
be backordered, which could require up to 1-2 weeks
for processing and packaging.
Depending
on the item's price, amount, and/or nature of the
items sent, some orders will be sent with a signature
required and will not be left at shipping address.
You agree to be present for delivery of your order
or reshipping, handling and/or restocking fees will
be charged.
Overweight Charges
Orders over 25 lb. are subject for overweight
charges.

Returns
20%
restocking fee on all returns & cancellations;
only unopened product accepted for return; all
returns must be pre-authorized. Shipping &
handling paid by customer each way.

prior to returning your purchase to receive a RMA
(return merchandise authorization) number, which you
must write on the outside of the box.
If you return an
order without pre-authorization, return may be
subject to refusal or subject to redirect fee if
returned to the incorrect warehouse.
Food, Water,
Medical Devices, Videos & Oxygen cannot be
returned.
Cancellations
must be received before order is processed,
within 4 hours from purchase time.
Returns for
reasons other than defective merchandise must be
approved and returned within 30 days of purchase
date.
